- Understand the customer organization structure, and footprint, key departemts and persons, value chain, competitors’ situation, priortize the customers by customer rating, identification and development of commercial project pipeline, and successfully coverting the opportunities into sales growth.
- Understand and proactively analyze customers’ products and service needs, industry and business.
- Maintain & strengthen the relationship with key suppliers and get strategic , technical & pricing support, to be responsbile for achieving profitable growth, contribute to set-targets.
- Regular reporting, sales performance analysis and improvement action plan.
- Proactively complete the assigned work within the deadline, strengthen the communication with relevant functions, monitor & report the progress to management on a regular basis.
- Master or Bachelor in Chemical, 3~5 years’ sales experience in relevant industry
- Excellent ability of team work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English communication is a plus
- Excellent computer skills, such as office
